Dominic N. Offor
Dominic began his accounting training at Binder Hamlyn & Co. in Leeds, England between 1968 and 1971. He later joined a large International Firm of Accountants – Coopers and Lybrand (now, Price Waterhouse Coopers) in Leeds, northern England, between 1972 and 1975.
Dominic founded D. N. Offor & Co., a firm of chartered Accountants in November 1976 providing Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, and Consultancy services to a large number of medium and large companies including Federal and State Government Agencies and Institutions. The firm later joined Parker Randall International in 2005.
Dominic Offor is a founding member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (UK). Until his passing in 2016, he was the Vice President for the African Region of Parker Randall International.

Chidi Onwukwe
Having started his professional career at D.N Offor & Co (Chartered Accountants) now known as Parker Randall Offor, Chidi has long been a part of the firm, training for years under the diligent hand of the founder, Dominic Offor. Chidi specializes in Business Performance and Strategic Growth, Risk Advisory consulting, and technical writing, with particular interest in analytical and financial writing. He has over 15 years of professional experience in related aspects of financial and management consulting and has set up successful accounting and operational planning divisions in several International donor-funded projects, both in Nigeria and other abroad.
Chidi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN) and a member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) with a proficiency certificate in IFRS issued by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – CertIFR (ACCA) (UK).

Ganiyu is a IFRS paper presenter and head of the firm’s International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Implementation Team.

Godfrey Eze
Godfrey anchors the Business Consulting team at Parker Randall Offor. His unique area of specialization includes Payroll, PAYE, Corporate Tax Administration and Financial Accounting. He leads the team managing Privatization Projects for the Federal Government of Nigeria and acts as the firm’s spearhead, providing Accounting Advisory service to the National Council on Privatization.
Godfrey has years of experience building customized training and development programs such as Business Excellence Evaluation and Modelling, Strategic Customer Relationship Management, Emotional Intelligence and Critical Thinking Skills for employees of local and international companies, particularly in the Oil and Gas sector of the Nigerian economy.
Before joining Parker Randall Offor, Godfrey worked as an Economic Analyst, Investment Analyst, Project/Assets Accountant, and Import/Procurement Manager for such companies as Chevron Oil Nigeria, Bank of Industry of Nigeria and Energoprojekt/NECCO Nigeria Ltd. He also served on the Board of Anabel Group Limited.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.

He is a Business Process Management (BPM) specialist and set up, resourced and managed a BPM Centre of Excellence for a large financial services organisation with responsibility over process portfolio management, process and policy documentation management, process performance measurement, process and policy documentation standardization, process governance and end to end business process automation.
